I got an oscilloscope Hantek DSO2D10 for repair.
According to the owner, the damage occurred after applying too high voltage to the trigger input.
The diode on this input was damaged + one channel completely, the other gives signs of life.
After opening the shield covering the input circuits, it turned out that some of the ICs are very hot (up to 90 degrees C).
After soldering them out, the time base line appeared on the screen (in the second channel these chips are practically cold - the channel gives signs of life).
I have a problem with identifying damaged components to order new ones.
All the catalogs I know didn't give an answer as to what these circuits are.
If you can help me identify these ICs I would appreciate it.
