Oscilloscope Tektronix 2230 Power failure (Hiccup)

Good afternoon.
I would like to repair a Tektronix 2230 oscilloscope, which has the following fault:
When you connect it, try to turn it on and off and then try again to turn it on and off, and so on. I think that for this purpose they call it the "Hipo".
I have disconnected all the sources of output, in case I could have a short circuit in any of them. But it remains the same with the Hiccup effect.
I have some knowledge of electronics and would like to repair it.
I would need help from someone who has had the same problem, or who knows, I would be very grateful.

These are pretty old instruments so chances are the aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the switching power supply have dried up and need to be replaced.  The blinking power light is caused by the switching power supply continuously restarting.
