OSS TEAM T210 soldering station repair help me

I need help with the T210 station, my MOS has burned out..can't see the part number anymore does anyone have the same station and looked what is the MOSFET name number?when I set the tip to 300 celsius, it is still cold..I attach a photo

Welcome to the forums :)
I would first resolder it, one side the pins look up. Usually a 30V P-ch MOSFET used in laptops. Most common is TPC8107 or TPC8111 or AO4407 has a bit higher RDSON

Mosfet I found a piece of H&M on AliExpress H&M HM4409

Oh it's burnt up, shorted heater or bad socket or crappy part. You would think the mosfet can outmuscle the PSU.
AO4409 looks good too.
