Output amplifier Darlington replacement

I'm repairing this 10VA output amplifier circa 80's?

The amplifier drives a transformer and operates in the 50-500 Hz range

The Q7 output 2N6385 has failed (TO-3) package  I normally order from Digi-Key, or Mouser however this part is not stocked, and the non stocked part is priced at $65 a pop minimum 100, not going there.

The NTE245 looks like a good substitute, however neither Digi-Key or Mouser have that either.

Any suggestions for a viable substitute from D-gi-Key or Mouser?

In the metal can world the BDX85B (/C) and BDX86B (/C) look close enough to what you need, I don't know about price and availability though.
