OwonHDS242S

 :-BROKE
Hello, I'm new here, so please excuse any rudeness if I commit it. I managed to cancel one smd component on the output of the signal generator marked 52 and the E placed next to it. I guess it is a protection component and size is 2,9x1,6mm:
https://www.s-manuals.com/pdf/datasheet/d/t/dta123ye%2C_dta123yka%2C_dta123ysa%2C_dta123yua_rohm.pdf

Problem and question. I can't find a part or equivalent to buy. If you were to solve it, how would you solve it? I thought of finding a similar PNP transistor and adding two resistors. Is this the right way? Is there any other solution to fix the generator?

Or I'm wrong and the component at the signal output is something completely different than a transistor.

Thank you and greetings from the Czech Republic

Sorry, it won't be a transistor, I had a better look at the description of the component on the PCB and it is D11, so it will be some kind of diode. What index do you use to search for SMD codes? So far I have no success, I am searching by component size.
