Fluke 19 Repair

Hey all,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction, Turned my trusty Fluke 19 on today whilst working on a project, after a few bum steers it turns out the DC Voltage input on the meter stopped reading, along with the resistance setting.

Symptoms

• No DC reading, floating voltage when not connected, OL reading when connected to voltage source
• In Ohms mode, OL when not connected, Flickering OL when leads shorted together

I pulled it apart and check the usual R1 fusable resistor but that was reading 1k. AC voltage reading works ok. I cant seem to find a schematic or service manual on the net 

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to check next?
