Title: Part number identification
Post by: pisoiu on December 04, 2019, 09:51:08 am
Hi,
This is an ESC for a drone and I need to modify it a bit, as the voltage available is a bit higher than the max spec of this unit.
But I can't figure who manufactures that part number on the right of the inductor. I didn't find it on smd codes catalogs either. It's marked T8BE. It is a buck converter, it outputs 12V and working freq is approx 1MHz.
Does anyone recognizes it?
Thanks.
