Pacific SmartSource 315-ASX Startup Failure

Hello, I have (2) 315-ASX Power Sources that will not fully power on. They both just look as the picture I've attached with nothing showing on the LCD and with some of the LED's lit up. I'm wondering if there is a way I can try to repair these on my own without having to send them to a shop. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

but was not helpful. You need to open the unit take some pictures and then post it here.

Thanks for finding this. Yeah, I did have it opened up, should have taken pictures at the time. Will when I get the time thanks for the reply!
