PCB re-plating/ vias repair/ re-routing Companies (services)

Hi all,

At my place of work we use PCBs for testing purposes. These are expensive PCBs which tend to get damaged by time and use. Are there any professional PCB repair companies which can offer repair on broken tracks/ damages vias/ damages pads?

The requirements are:
Ideally have to adhere to IPC standards
The repaired tracks have to be gold plated
Adhesion to PCB has to be good
Tolerant to low and high temperatures
Able to repair 0.3mm by 0.76mm pads

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
