philips 43pus7908/12 doesnt turn on

i have 12v 5v 3.3v 1.8v and 1volt
the standby led does not turn on
the tcon board does not get power, it is held back by a mosfet

at gate and source i have 12 volt but i dont know if if it is a NO or NC mosfet

if somebody has a schematic available

How is drain?

Take it out and short the holes.
