Philips TV power supply - PLHL-T722A or PLHC-T81A - component D106A?

A friend of mine came in with a power supply board from a Philips TV 47PFL9603H/10. He also brought a service manual which at a first glance seemed to be the right one, but non of PSU:s in the manual was even close to that one on my workbench. On the board there is one burnt resistor - R5 120ohms - and a couple of 1N4007 in a string - 4 in total. There is also a 7-pin switch IC - FSQ510 - that has also went up in smoke. Well, this D106A is connected across the primary side of a small transformer which looks like it is part of standby part of the PSU. Looking on the silkscreen at D106A location, it shows a bi-directional suppressor diode (TVS). Marking on this component is T2D82, anyone?
