Phillips PM-3214 Oscilloscope Power Supply Issue

Can anyone come up with a schematic for the HV oscillator mentioned at "
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/philips-pm-3216-oscilloscope/
". I have the same issue as described by boffin, but it's not the trim pot. I've recapped the electrolytics. Unloaded the +/- 180v supply droops to to 170V, others OK. When the power supply board is attached to the scope all supplies droop as described by boffin. So, I'm suspecting the HV winding of the transformer as mentioned by oldway. Any help appreciated.

It's same power supply as the PM3217. Service manual here:
http://bee.mif.pg.gda.pl/ciasteczkowypotwor/Philips/pm3217%20pm3217u.pdf
I've refurbed a few of these and some other Philips kit. There's probably another capacitor gone in the scope. ALL the axial electrolytics should be treated as suspect in the entire unit.
Make sure you replace the RIFA capacitor in the rear of the unit under the fibreglass shield as well. They explode and make a right mess.

bd139 - Thanks for the reply, and also the warning on the mains safety cap. I hope you are right about a leaky cap somewhere else in the scope. That would be a lot easier fix!
