Panasonic p42st30 part number i need help finding

I’m in the u.s. and Panasonic no longer sells their TVs over year or support them.  I’m looking for a part number for q501 on the ysus board (it was in pieces and thus no print.  I think it’s some sorta duel transistor with 5 leads.  Any help would be appreciated.

The service manual lists it as part number B1HFPFA00001, nothing more. Listed on the web as a DAF30


You may be better off looking for a YSUS board repair kit for the set, as this will include the part, and all the other bits it blows up
