Title: Pioneer Cassette Player - Wanted VU Meter Pioneer CT-S99RW display

Wanted display (LED line) VU Meter
For Pioneer CT-S99WR or T-9090WR Tape Deck (essentially identical)
It is there (or rather it was because the IC IR2E28 was damaged) but it is on the PCB and flooded so the module is not repairable
The module may have been in other tape recorders, it consists of 2 LEDs that are constantly on and 7 controlled ones, 3 yellow and 4 red.

According to the catalog in the service manual, it has the designation
RAW-213
Marking on the PCB itself
LT1149
F6193
and H.E.C HI3A V

Please do not send a link to the auction with the integrated circuit, because how am I supposed to solder it there????
