Pioneer DJ TAS-1 Toraiz repair

I'm looking for a repair manual for a Pioneer DJ TAS-1 synthesizer. A encoder that operates the menu display is not working well and probably needs to be replaced.  This part is not easy to access and requires total disassembly.  I don't want to destroy the thing.  A little help would be appreciated.
