Plasma picture and audio goes bad

Toshiba 42hpx95 that loses both video and audio. Audio doesn't go out that much. I think it might be heat related as the problem starts after the TV has been running for say 15 mins.

If you think it is heat then go check the caps, it might be well bulged. 
And then if not, thou shall check voltages.
Bad Power supplies on TV's will cause funky stuff like video loss and crappy/no audio.
