Please Help Boot Eror lecroy Wavejett 334 osciloscope

Please help, I have a lecroy Wavejett 334 osciloscope, but it's error. When it is turned on, only the words Lecroy appear, then it turns off, the relay clicks, and the beep sounds 3x repeatedly. And the AUTO, STOP/SINGLE lights alternate with beeps.
I checked the voltage at the point where the voltage reads the same as what is written on the PCB label,
what is the error because when mapping something is missing, because on the front panel the rotary encoder is missing, because I bought it used and there is no rotary encoder.
I removed it, there was no value for the rotary encoder, but when I looked at the resistance, when I rotated it, it read 1Mohm.
does anyone know how much the value of the rotary encoder is? or does anyone know the link for the sale?
