Please Help me Identify Another Component SOT-23

Hi,

I am having this SMD component that is measuring low (6 Ohms) at one of the junction.
The Marking is SFs 0D. Attached is the picture for the part.



PS: The picture was taken with me holding the board below my Microscope lens on one hand and my other hand was holding my camera steadily. Finally the picture was snapped by poking my tongue on the phone screen .

My Guess is : This might be BSS169 which has a marking of SFs, but I am not sure about 0D, maybe production code?

 Almost always the sideways code like that 0D will be date/batch code and not important when trying to replace.

I went with BSS169, now waiting for the component to arrive.
