please help. Speaker amp is detected in my PC but somehow there's no power

Hello everybody
Can somebody please help? I have an SMSL Q5 pro and it suddenly stopped working. The thing is that windows 10 still see it. I mean there's a usb signal between the device and my PC. I can see it being detected when I change the sound devices but there is no sound and no light coming from the SMSL q5. I think it might be the external power brick but I'm not sure.

I have no idea how to check and I have 0 experience with electronics. Is it safe if I try another external power power brick with the same specs?

If you have a powersupply 19V DC with the + on the inside can you try it.
