Please help to determine what model diode this is

I found this diode shorted while I was repairing the power supply.but I can't identify this exact model.looks like a fast recovery diode.

If anyone knows this model please let me know, thanks

Littelfuse 18V TVS diode.

The “BT” is the important part. (And the LF logo.) The rest is just the date and lot code. (5 = 2015, 2005, 1995, etc; I = September)

As for which exact model it is, that depends on the physical dimensions of the package. Here are some candidates:

Because of the squareness of it and the lack of cathode band, I suspect it’s the SMBJ.

Since this is a circuit protection device, if you remove the suspected shorted one, the device should work again without it. It just won’t be protected against voltage spikes.
