Please help with zener-diode identification
« on: August 20, 2021, 12:29:06 am »
Hi folks,
I have an issue with blown zener-diode, here is the photo (next to the red frame you can see intact diode):

Label says it is UF00. I've tried to google for SOD-323F package diodes with UF00 text and found only BZX84J-C4V3 or CZRF7V5B-HF (http://www.s-manuals.com/smd/uf). However I'm not completely sure about exact one.
Intact diode has 3.5V on it when device is powered on. I assume it is related to the USB input, because it is located right next to the USB Type-B port.
Are there any possible replacement options?

Many thanks

It's UF0D.  But casual observation shows that the two diodes are the same and in antiparallel.  So measure the good one and replace the blown with a similar rating.

Thanks a lot! I was able to find retailer on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/333603716254) and order new parts!
