471 is a 470 ohm resistor. But there’s another thing (probably another resistor) hanging onto the end of it…

Edit: oops, I didn’t even realize that I’d completely missed the 0 key on my phone when replying!  |O

471=470 Ohms

Yep.  Its <digit><digit><power of ten multiplier> just like the resistor color code (>=10 ohms), before thru-hole resistors acquired more bands than you can shake a stick at!

what thought on the white square ?

SMD's R is so easy rule: the last digit is the exponent power number
so
471
=47 . 101
=470 ohm

2402 = 240 . 102
=24000 ohm
=24K ohm

the last digit is the number of Zeros you have to add.

The white square, probably a resistor flipped over, some botch work.
Unsolder it to find out.
