PLZ haelp: Problem with an oscilloscope model xds3062a

So i have this perfect device and it just won't start  . After i press the power button the run/stop button begins to blink red (sometimes some other buttons accompany) and it doesn't start, the screen is completely dark and no sounds going. Maybe there is a way to reinstall or upgrade the firmware from the usb or a computer in an off mode (some buttons combination or so?). Or should i be looking more in the depths of harware?
