PM 3000A Issue

I have a voltech PM3000A on the bench that seems to have been locked in 1 channel mode. I keep getting invalid function when I try to switch to channel 2 or 3. I have looked for a service manual bur so far have been unsuccessful. I have read the user manual but it seems like the config is locked for editing. Does any one know how to factory default the unit to get it back to a known state. I am drifting between a possible corrupted firmware to a possible software lock out. Any time I try to change the wiring scheme or enable channel 2 or 3 I get invalid function. Channel 1 however measures and works as expected.
