POWER LOGGER FLUKE 1735 DOES NOT CHARGE BATTERY

Hello friends of the community, please I would be grateful if you could guide me with the repair of my equipment, the problem is that the battery does not charge, I checked the electronic card and found this burnt device, when desoldering it it broke into two parts, I cannot identify what type of device it could be, please if anyone has this equipment I would be grateful if you could tell me the device code. Thank you for your time.
