power plug connector identification help wanted.
« on: September 20, 2022, 06:45:49 am »
I get a  microscope for smd work  and plan to add an extra illumination light.
the easiest way to use the same power supply and connector.  6v 1.2a  for led light should be enough. Idea was to buy illumination ring from ebay or aliexpress and then slightly modify it.

Looking for help from the community to identify the plug , so i can try to buy another one. It is probably obsolete but who knows?
On the bottom embossed "Satoparts Japan".

Have a look on the Wayback Machine:

Some years have a "discontinued items" under the products category. I couldn't find your plug, but you may have better luck, especially if you can determine the year of manufacture.

thanks for the link. unfortunately unsuccessful search.
I am not familiar with connectors - but probably better to replace with something suitable.
