Power resistors in LeCroy Waverunner HRO 64Zi PSU

A LeCroy Waverunner HRO 64Zi didn't want to power on and I had to change some caps in its PSU.

I also noticed a brown area on the bottom side of the PCB where two power resistors are connected.
I checked their values: On gave me 12.4k (R13) and the other one 16k (R15). Apart from the fact that
these are not very common values (especially for power Rs) they have the same colour markings.
Therefore I am pretty sure these two guys have already degraded somehow.

While the scope is already working perfectly again with the new caps, I would like to replace the two
resistors as well.

If anyone has this PSU open or lying around it would be great if he could post the values of these two Rs.

I have attached a pic of the two Rs and as well one of the whole PSU. The green circle shows the two
resistors and the red ones the caps that had to be replaced (in case anyone is interested).
