Hi everyone. someone has the power supply circuit on the HP 54524A.

If you mean the HP 54542A (or any of it's siblings) then... well, as far as I know all the PSUs in that series were supplied by external contractors and no publicly available schematics exists. However, replacing them with other COTS SMPS is possible and has been done.
