Power supply "LONGWEI LW-3010D" failure
« on: December 13, 2024, 09:56:07 pm »
I am asking for advice regarding the "LONGWEI LW-3010D" power supply which has been having a problem with voltage regulation for a few days. Regardless of the setting of the current regulation potentiometer, by rotating the voltage potentiometer, from zero to eight volts the voltage respects the range of the multi-turn potentiometer, after eight volts the voltage, by rotating the "Voltage" potentiometer, begins to drop until it reaches zero, while the "CV" LED remains lit and with the rotation, almost at the end of the stroke the ventilation is activated. I have checked the efficiency of the potentiometers which are regular. I have measured the 12 V voltage on the "TP" and it is regular. The "CC" LED remains off, it is activated only when I bring the current regulation to zero, but this is regular.
Thanks for your cooperation
