Power supply nfs80-7602 from otdr hp 8147

Hi everyone,
The power supply burned the fuse, irf840 and diode CR2 but i can't see the code.
Any one can help me with the code please.

Hi!

BYV96D or BYV96E, 800V/1000V 1.5A fast recovery rectifier diodes, 1.5A rated, reverse recovery time 250ns for 600V/800V types, 300 ns for 1000V types!

Ty soo much, the anode diode is connected to Drain mosfet, and catode is connected through R2 3k35w to the filter capacitor.
I measured the transformer with a LCR motech 4080A, but a coil measures erratically if someone would be so kind as to tell me if it is an internal jumper or a bad coil.
and this is the information of the rest in case it helps someone.
