Power supply URMET Sch. 786/11

A fiend of mine has three of such power supplies for the home entrance bell all the three not working, seems with the same failure.
Opening it there is no sign of burning, the transformer is working and one output is working ( 15 Vac ), the other no, stable to 0 V.

Anybody has the schematic diagram?
