Probem with monitor AOC i2369vm (LG IPS panel LM320WF3)

Hi,
I have probem with monitor AOC i2369vm (LG IPS panel LM320WF3).
Half of display has defect on every other line.
I checked it on problem lines:
- red subpixel is OK
- green subpixel is darker
- every other blue subpixel is darker
I am added a microscope photo for the displayed white image.
On board LCD panel I verified voltage on:
VGH ~ 28V
VGL ~ -7
and this loks ok.
Is there a chance to repair the panel?
