Problem about Hantek DSO5202B

 |O Hello everybody.
I have one Hantek DSO5202B from one year agao.
It works well until last month.
I powered it on but it kept restarted again and again.
I have asked the after-sales service of Hantek but it hasn't been fixed until now although they seemed to help actively.
Can anybody give me some help here?
Or does anybody meet this problem also?
