Problem with Hantek DSO1102B

Greetings friends
I have a Handheld oscilloscope model DSO1102B, which unfortunately freezes on the boot screen when it is turned on for a few days and does not come up anymore.
I got the firmware of the device and plugged it into the device with the USB port, but it didn't show any reaction.
Please guide me to fix my problem.
