I hunted around the web and discovered bad news.  First, the Pyramid company changed its name to something like Pyramid Car Audio, in Brooklyn NY.

However their web site seems not to exist.

I suggest you find a workaround to solve your problem.  Perhaps fabricate a new panel and put in whatever meters you can find to do the job.  There isn't even a parts list out there for your model.

Given all the above, I'd suggest that Pyramid is a name to avoid.  If your unit works otherwise, be grateful, and rebuild it with available parts.

As an engineer who has  designed many power supplies, I feel that these units aren't difficult to create.  The hardest part is to find reasonably priced parts, so the best solution is swap meets.  The Astron brand seems to have survived years of operation so maybe that's a way to go.

Good luck!

you can repurposes some meters if you find a voltmeter with the correct size, and voltage range

You can redraw the meter grid  and re-adjust vr2 to suit the voltage vs the meter ...

There is free software called MeterBasic that lets you create meter scales of any size or type.  You then print the result and paste it on the old scale.  So any old meter of, say, 1 mA full scale can become a voltmeter, with appropriate multiplier, or ammeter, with appropriate shunt.

The problem reduces to finding a pair of good looking meters that fit the space.

Or, just forget about them; generally you don't need to monitor power supply output unless you are doing breadboard work.

Hi!

These meters are plastic–faced units of a type commonly found on inexpensive Asian power supply units!

Have a look carefully on the scale plate of your original meters from your Pyramid power supply if you have them – you might find tiny writing on the scale plate that identifies the maker or model no. of the meter movements – if you can find such writing we might be able to locate compatible movements for you!

What is the actual problem with the original meter movements on your unit?

It's an enigma that's what it is!! This thing's not fixed because it doesn't want to be fixed!!

There's a circuit diagram in the above PDF, but not much data on the meters. So you may just have to measure the panel meters, and get ones of similar size and resistance, and swap the scales between the old and new meters.
