Help Needed   :palm:

Trying to identify the capacitor that has blown on my PS3 slim

Well all I can see from that photo is that it is a film capacitor.

They usually have the voltage and capacitance written on them in printed text. Sometimes it is hard to see so I would suggest de-soldering it and having a look in a good light.

Make sure to discharge it first.

Also that resistor nearby looks a bit crusty. Would suggest measuring it.

It may just be blackened from the capacitor and actually be fine but best to check it.

Metalized polypropylene film capacitor

most has no unit marked e.g. only 683 means 68 . 10^3 pf  i.e. 68 nF

just ask seller the same size so can estimate approximately the rating
