QRD60-1.5 Sorensen PSU

A friend of mine gave me a QRD60-1.5 Sorensen PSU that he got very cheap from a thrift shop that is not working. The sticker on it reads open internal circuit. It seems as someone tried to repair it or something. Does any one know what would that be hinting to? also I can't find the user manual for this thing on the net.

I think i've got an QRD 40-.75 sitting somewhere in the basement, together with the (service?) manual. I think your PSU belongs to the same series as mine, so the schematics for yours might also be in the manual i've got. Could you please upload a picture of your PSU? If it looks reasonably close to mine, i'll try to dig up that manual to take pictures of the schematic.

I've attached a Datasheet of the series for others to see what it might look like.
