Rangehood electric motor blowing thermal fuses

I got a rangehood electric motor that is running a bit hot. Second time it burns it's thermal fuses @ 120 celcius.

I am not sure but at that temperature will the enamel melt and short some of the winding?

Is there anything to te done, considering the motor performs perfectly in all 3 speeds?

sorry but I think that has already happened, that's why it's running hot.
