Anritsu MG442A

Hi, I'm looking for the service manual of my tone generator an Anritsu MG442A. Sadly the nominal level led does not lit up anymore and there is no output. Well the output is very low, some tenth of mv. Thanks.

Inside the generator I found this:

It's an hour meter. In mine the sign pass the 10 mark. Could it be the cause of the failure?
