Repair Agilent N5172B - Need support fined unknow IC component

Hi All

I am a newbie here, I am repairing Agilent N5172B in a local company in Vietnam
Service Engineer said to me that it broken unknow IC, with code G406 (that attached in Main board), please see image, but he don't know how to buy it
Is there any body know this. Please help me to know where I can buy this IC.

The logo looks like Siliconix (Vishay). I thought it might have been a DG406, but that chip has the wrong number of pins.

Edit: I think it's a DG408.

Actually you can even find DG408DQ with G406 on it just like the one in OP's pictures.
