Greetings to all friends
I have a handheld multi meter fluke 289
Which unfortunately has been giving error E4 for some time
Now has anyone encountered this problem?
If you have a solution let me know so I can fix it.

Have you checked page number 56 of this user manual? There appears to be a discussion about the error messages:

On other fluke meter
The error 4 is an ADC error (Analog to Digital Converter). This is caused when the ADC is not converting or producing a usable signal to the controller. The ADC chip has gone bad.
???
Not sure it aplies to this one ?
