Repair help with Tek TDS620A

Asking for help with diagnosing a sick Tek TDS620A with processor fail. Can someone help me understand what the error message means that I got from the console port and also what is flash Id 4?  What does that mean?  Is that where the firmware is located and what would be the addresses of that if I wanted to down load it?  Thank you for looking.
