Repair / identifying RTX 2080 Ti graphics card Burnt component

Hi!

My GTX 2080 ti has a burnt 5pin component, which i need help to identify what it is. I searched google for pictures to compare. And i Found this picture  (blue arrow for my burnt component). from what i can see it is "VT F". no hits from google search.

When I click on either picture I see the 2nd pic, can't see the 1 with arrows.

I figured out it was a shortage on 3.3v rail - mostly caused by dead gpu core.. according to my research 90% chance the core is dead..
