Never mind.
I took it apart to see whats inside - and was very suprised. It was my first time taking a Grundig apart, so I did not know what to expect. This scope is especially designed to be repairable. The front plate is split into modules that plug into a frame. That means that you can take out a board without having to unscrew any knobs. The corresponding front plate segment just comes off, too.
Also, there is some excessive silk screening that is nearly as good as a service manual with explaining whats going on. All pots have a description printed besides them. Recalibrating the unit was easy with that.
This is a late 80ies unit afaik. Even though it has only 20MHz BW they added a delayed time base and replaced the horizontal selector switch with a digital solution. And that solution comes with a horizontal auto set function

Such a bummer that I cant find any documentation besides a schematic.
