Repair of Anritsu MS2667C

Hi,

I bought this instrument in a non working state on ebay at 1k euro.
The instrument powered on fine then it stop working and blown out the fuse, the the fuse was replaced and it blew again.
Do you have any suggestions for now? The event is similar to when a RIFA cap go boom. I am consulting the service manual for now, waiting for the instrument to arrive.
