Repair of stick welder, can't find suitable IGBT replacement

Hello,

My stick welder stopped working and I have narrowed it down to the IGBT module pack, problem is I can't find any replacement or even datasheet for that matter. I have attached an image of the IGBT module, the only number I can get any hits of is: P280B57.

Can anyone here help a fellow DIY'er out?

It looks a whole lot like a Vincotech part, but that part number did not come up.  I agree.  What maker of welder?  Age? Tig, mig, or stick?  Declared amperage  of welder?

Pinout is all over the place, the dismantling of the IGBT pack was more or less destructive as I had to snip the pins. Some of the pins came lose from the IGBT pack and was left on the PCB...

It may be a TYCO P280B57 part, hard to get a hold of a retailer. This is a stick "MMA" welder, Fronius TP1100. Maximum 110A.
