Repair or scavenge Dell E2213hb?

I have a Dell E2213hb that has become increasingly unable to sync to video input without power cycles. It will eventually sync and work fine, but it is too annoying to keep going. I've tried other resolutions and shifting timing to the extent my Nvidia control panel allows and it doesn't make any difference.

Here's a video of it spontaneously getting synced up after about 15 seconds. Many times it requires multiple power cycles.

So I'm wondering if anyone has seen this issue, and if there is a practical repair?

If not, are there any components in this monitor that would be worth salvaging?
