Help Repair Rigol DG1022

My Rigol DG1022 function generator, the CH channel stopped working; no output signal. The self-test does not give errors. I noticed that by selecting the CH2 output, when I change the waveform you can hear the relays working, instead when the CH1 output is selected, the relays do not work when I change the waveform type. Any suggestions?
