Repair shop for Tek DPO4054 scope

Hello,
We have a Tek DPO4054 at work that has been a great scope.  But, one day, one of the channels showed crazy artifacts, like one bit of the ADC was stuck.
Tek wants $4530 flat rate to repair it.  Can anybody recommend a shop that can repair these for a better price?
I'm taking a wild guess that it could be a bad solder joint on the ADC BGA, but that's just a guess.

I looked up reviews on Acme Revival - they were 100% terrible!  Any unbiased reviews of Norway Labs?
