Repair SR620 (schematics wanted)

I have a Stanford research SRS620 Universal Time Interval Counter.
Some times during startup I get an "Test Error 17" from the manual I read this is some hardware failure on channel 2.
The device also get very warm. Especially the right side front side where the frequency inputs are. Also the right side of the housing where some power transistors (TIP42CQ) are attached to the housing.
Unfortunately I can't find any schematics.
Can anyone help me? perhaps you have the schematics?
